From the purchase to of my vehicle to the repairs I needed ,they kept me updated on everything theu did. The sales and service and auto body teams are very friendly .
Always courteous and easy to schedule. Aggravated they sort of left a repair hanging to fix my tire sensor notice and also had to order a part for a recall I had noted at scheduling. Not in the same town as this dealership so an annoyance it has to to go back for another repair.

I needed to purchase new tires . There were a few problems with getting the tires but Chris did make it possible so that my weekend with my family wasn't canceled out. I appreciate the effort Chris made to help me out in a difficult situation.
I went in having issues with my car jumping, wanting to stall after just coming off the interstate and going into roundabouts, and some other issues, and Chris took all of my concerns to heart and did multiple test drives to see if he could duplicate the issues I was experiencing. He did not look at me or talk to me like I was stupid, (I have been talked to like that before). Chris was very respectful and helpful.

York GMC installed a spray in bedliner on my new truck. They did an excellent job!! Looks just as good if not better than a factory spray in liner.

I'm not sure if chris made any difference or not. I brought the truck home after my first trip there to be repaired. They repaired it and I started it up at home about an hour and a 1/2 later, and the check engine light came back on. I brought the truck back up the next day. I’m picky. My salesman, Josh showed me the closest thing he had that asked for but he didn’t have the right one. So he found it for me and got it in less than a week. It was waiting for me on a Saturday, my day off work. What t I bought is exactly what I came to York to buy. The finance guy, Rick help me get the financing I needed. York was fantastic. I live in FL but was in Indy at the time. My turbo went out in my 93 Encore. I figured it would be several days before they could get the part and fix it. They got the part the next day and fixed it a few hrs after that. I was so happy. Their service crew was phenominal! Thank you!!
Vehicle was at your dealership on Friday before Labor Day and service department even called me and told me they had the vehicle from Crawfordsville dealership and was going to replace my windshield on Tuesday. I said great as I already had appointment at Crawfordsville for a part that had been on order for couple weeks. Windshield did not get put in on Tuesday as I was told & therefore I didn’t get my part put in at Crawfordsville, I didn’t get my car back until Friday.
York was quick and efficient with my service appointment. The car wash was a great finishing touch!

If i could give this place negative stars I would. I usually wait a year after buying a product to give it a true review. Especially a vehicle. So here is a 13 month review since my husband purchased his truck from York Chevy Buick GMC.
We have spent $12,000 fixing this truck since last year.
- With in a 2 months the transmission needed to be replaced. That was a bulk of the cost.
- Then flux plate exploded. That was more money.

We purchased a vehicle at what we consider to be a reasonable price. The sales person we worked with was friendly, helpful and worked to try and inform us on features of the car we were not familiar with.
Everything went very well, service was prompt and took care of the recall and good enough to wash the vehicle and let us know when it was done.

This is the second service I have done at York GMC. The service staff are awesome. Bobby was extremely helpful in my latest repair. I got my truck back earlier than expected, it was washed and it was a little less money than the original quote. I just don’t know how it could have been better. I didn’t buy this Sierra at York. But I’ll buy my next on there for sure.
Josh did an excellent job helping me search for a truck. We stayed in contact all the time. Before and after purchase he showed me all the details about the truck. Rick also did an excellent job of helping work through fiance and other issues. They thing went smoothly. Thank you and I will refer Yoke to other friends.
Yorks has always treated us well with service.
Dealership service seems to be extremely high priced sometimes, in fact most times, but that is nothing unique to Yorks. Example: my really old truck needed a new wheel bearing assembly on front left. Yorks service tech found the problem and service writer estimated $600 for the repair. My personal mechanic friend charged me $100 labor and the cost of the part was approx $90. It took him about half an hour to do the work. $190.

The lady is the finance is useless will not EVER get call u back tried 4 times in 3 days about cancelling a gap policy on a vehicle I sold.
